SAFETY improvements never come without a price and commuters on Rama IV
and Wireless roads will pay heavily when the Thai-Belgian Bridge is closed
for major repairs in September.

The bridge will be closed for 90 days after about nine years of use, a
prospect that will certainly affect the already-congested Wireless Intersection.
The extent of the repairs has yet to be determine after the engineering
inspection of the bridge's structure.
