SHANGHAI, June 15 (Xinhua) -- Presidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation,
the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan signed here Friday
