Fed: New industry code for telephone charging and billing

Telephone customers are now able to ensure the services they use are the ones they
pay for under a new industry code for telecommunications companies.

The Australian Communications Authority code will require all telephone companies,
mobile and landline, to clearly outline their charging and billing systems to customers.
