Missile Defense Last week, the President laid out his view on national
missile defense. Although he didn't give many specifics, he made clear
his commitment to creating an elaborate system to defend against accidental
launches and small attacks from rogue states. I support missile defense.
So do many Democrats. But I believe, as with any aspect of national
