Friday, March 16, 2001 -- There is no denying that quail are cute little birds. With their small, round bodies, their striped brown and gray feathers - and the way they chirp, run about and fly in short spurts - they are very appealing. They are also appealing roasted with sage and flavored with balsamic vinegar.
