Friday, March 09, 2001 -- Winter's over, spring is in the air, and with it, the pleasant fragrance of flowers, lush green vistas of undulating meadows (although you might have to look pretty far for those, undulating or not), the sweet sound of children playing, and the not-so-sweet sound of children playing with noisemakers.
