Commentary: Thinking about life -- Epicurus
NEW YORK, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Going to Google, an all-purpose search-engine on the Internet, and looking up the name "Epicurus," I found 23,400 related Web sites.
The philosopher Epicurus is one of the more important and most misunderstood philosophers who thought hard about how we ought to live.
The unfortunate part of Epicurus' fame though is how his actual life and own philosophy have been forgotten and misunderstood.
