WASHINGTON (Army News Service Feb. 13, 2001) -- Fifty years ago this week in Korea, U.N. forces recovered most of the ground lost to a North Korean and Red Chinese attack the week before. The counterattack allowed the U.N. military command kick off Operation Killer, one of a series offensive operations.
