Torrential rain and thunderstorms swept parts of the North yesterday, causing flooding in a number of places.
Several roads were swamped in Haifa, especially in the downtown district, after virtually continuous rain throughout the day.
The North, especially the area around Lake Kinneret, remained relatively dry throughout the devastating and deadly storms that hit the South last weekend.
