Romulus `colony' school in Detroit still a hotbed

DETROIT - Attorneys retained by the Detroit Board of Education, after loosing their first battle to close Baron's Academy in downtown Detroit are now preparing for an appeal to shut down the unprecedented charter school, said attorney Jerome R. Watson, lead counsel in the district's case against the Romulus school district.
