Consumer groups and some politicians are expressing concern about consolidation in the airline industry. Their worries were heightened yesterday by reports that American Airlines is about to acquire TWA. Another deal between United and US Airways is still pending before regulators. Critics say these mergers could lead to reduced service and higher fares. NPR's Jim Zarroli has the report.
