NSW: Man, 70, dead after hang glider crashes into ocean
SYDNEY, Dec 28 AAP - A 70-year-old hang-glider pilot died today after his craft crashed
into the sea off the New South Wales south coast.
Local holidaymakers plucked the man from the water at remote Bolga Beach near Stanwell
Tops and began CPR, a Westpac LifeSaver spokesman said.
When the helicopter arrived the emergency crew revived the man before winching him
aboard to fly to St George Hospital.
But he died during the flight to hospital.
