Wednesday, November 15, 2000 -- OSLO - Norway has revived a plan to turn Nazi traitor Vidkun Quisling's mansion into a Holocaust study center after finding ways to fund the project, the government said yesterday.
Quisling was executed more than 50 years ago for setting up a puppet government that collaborated with German occupation forces in World War II.
