Vic: VTHC calls on politicians to support Fair Employment Bill
MELBOURNE, Nov 9 AAP - The Victorian Trades Hall Council today called on politicians
to support the Fair Employment Bill due to be debated in state parliament next week.
VTHC secretary Leigh Hubbard said the bill would cover 240,000 Victorian workers who
had been disadvantaged when the former Kennett Government abolished state awards in 1992.
He called on Liberal and National Party politicians to pass the legislation, which
