Teacher Brings African American History to Life for His Students.

William Morris never has to look far for an African American history lesson. It's right beneath his bespectacled nose, sitting in the rows of chairs attached to desks.

Morris sees history in the faces of children at Alabama's Carver High School in Montgomery, where the windows overlook the finish line of the Selma-to-Montgomery March.
