Finding a Home for the Soul: Interviews With Converts to Judaism.

For a very long time, I have felt the need for precisely this kind of book, and now that it has appeared, I find it far superior to any-thing I could have hoped for. It is an exciting work and a joy to read. Its author-editor, Catherine Hall Myrowitz, is ideally suited to the task and has executed it superbly.
