QLD: Borbidge outlines his campaign strategy

BRISBANE, Nov 5 AAP - A massive water storage program, tougher law and order policies,
shorter hospital waiting lists and a more human face on government were major planks in
the National Party's 2001 Queensland election campaign, Opposition leader Rob Borbidge
said today.

Mr Borbidge said it was ridiculous for the federal government to veto water storage
development when 40 per cent of Australia's surface water flowed into the seas off Queensland.
