Dedication of Academic Center.
The Academic Center at San Antonio College was dedicated Thursday, March 13 in honor of Dr. Truett L. Chance, professor and president emeritus of San Antonio College. Unveiled at the occasion was a portrait of Dr. Chance, which will be hung in the main lobby area, and a building plaque inscribed in his honor.
After a brief ceremony held on the east side, lower entrance to the Academic Center, the guests reconvened for a reception and additional remarks at the Employees Lounge, Loftin Student Center.
