MALIBU, CA - The J. Paul Getty Museum here is the site of an exhibit entitled Manuscript Illumination of the Thirteenth Century, which opened on January 21. The exhibition of 19 works from the museum's collection of European illuminated manuscripts explores the art of painting in books from this period.
