TENSION was mounting last Monday night at the final of the Jerusalem 3000 International Quiz, as Roseanna Blegter and Atara Hoffman rested their hands expectantly on the buzzers, waiting for the final question that would decide the winner. When the buzzer went, it was Atara's. Both girls had the right answer but Atara, a 15-year-old Jerusalemite from the Old City, hit the buzzer a split second before Roseanna.
