Vic; Melbourne student flukes NASA space suit design job

MELBOURNE, July 13 AAP - An Australian engineering graduate's ingenuity and curiosity
have won him a job with NASA designing a new style of space suit.

James Waldie, 23, of Kew, designed a leotard-type elastic space suit after completing
his final exams towards a degree in aerospace engineering and business administration
at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

He wrote to NASA for feedback on his space leotard and they responded with an invitation
for him to join a team ...
