KUNSAN AIR BASE, South Korea (AFPN) -- The sounds of bulldozers moving tons of dirt and hammers driving stakes into the ground echoed across Kunsan recently as civil engineers from Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, built Foal Eagle 98 Tent City.

The 15th Civil Engineer Squadron deployed 36 members to construct a "city" large enough to accommodate more than 900 people during the upcoming peninsula-wide exercise. The members made quick work of the task, but not after facing some serious obstacles -- like the weather.
