Over the last decade family support centers have become an integral part of the Air Force's effort to provide for the safety, support and well- being of its members and their families.

In the wake of natural disasters and other crises around the globe, family support employees and volunteers have joined with the rest of the total Air Force family to pull together. Such dedication and innovation are once more on display during the ongoing local employee strike at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, where food supplies and access to off-base resources are severely limited.
