WASHINGTON, August 4, 1998--Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman
yesterday administered the oath of office to Keith Kelly as the new executive
vice president of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Commodity
Credit Corporation (CCC). In addition to this position, Kelly serves as
administrator of the Farm Service Agency (FSA).
