HOUSE WILL CONSIDER ENGLISH LANGUAGE FLUENCY ACT ON THURSDAY Bill Provides More Education Options & Reforms Federal Bilingual Education Progrants

WASHINGTON - The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday is scheduled to consider the English Language Fluency Act (H.R. 3892). The bill, which was introduced by Rep. Frank Riggs (R-CA), is designed to help K-12 students with limited English skills master English and develop high levels of academic attainment.
