MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT, PARRIS ISLAND, S.C (Jun 12) -- Hundreds of Marines, Sailors, and their family members from Parris Island, Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort and Naval Hospital Beaufort teamed-up with the community to build a playground at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Beaufort, S.C., recently.

"It's a community effort, but with out their (Tri-Command military) help it would not have been done," said Paul Dengler, Play By The Bay co- organizer.
