FORT SILL, Okla., (Army News Service, May 1, 1998) -- Officials at American Red Cross National Headquarters announced April 8 that the prototype case management facility at Fort Sill will expand to become one of two permanent Case Management Centers.

The announcement came not quite a year after the Fort Sill site was selected as a ARC Armed Forces Emergency Services modernization program test site. The Red Cross contracted an independent management consultant to evaluate the potential sites for the centers.
