NOAH ADAMS, Host: The first nationwide trucking strike in 15 years
is now in day number six. There is no settlement in sight. The strike
pits the International Brotherhood of Teamsters against Trucking Management,
Incorporated, which represents 22 trucking companies. The action
comes at a difficult time for the union. President Ron Carey has
been trying to clean up the Teamsters image, which has been tainted
