NOAH ADAMS, Host: South Africa's president, F. W. DeKlerk and Nelson Mandela met in Pretoria today to talk about their stalled negotiations with conservative black and white political parties. Those groups are threatening not to take part in April's all race election. The white groups are holding out for a separate homeland, something Nelson Mandela again ruled out today.
