include a substantial segment of advertisements of various kinds as part
of their policy or propping up their commercial interests. In this respect,
they are sometimes found wanting in maintaining proper standards in the
modes of their presentation and contents. Normal limits of good taste or
sense of proportion are sometime exceeded, causing thereby feelings of
