BANGKOK Governor Bhichit Rattakul yesterday said he would negotiate
with the Bangkok Transit System Co Ltd (BTSC) to allow pregnant women,
the elderly and all disabled people, not just the wheelchair-bound, to
use the elevators at the BTS train stations.
