THAILAND'S first health resort in Hua Hin, ChivaSom International Health
Resort Co., hopes to strike a deal with the Portugal Bank of Investment
early next year for the management contract of a US$71million health resort
in Lisbon, capital of Portugal.

Ana Maria Tavares, general manager of ChivaSom, said the property will
be located on 60 hectares. The health resort, to be called ChivaSom, will
be 100 per cent managed by the Thai health resort. Construction is scheduled
to be completed in two years after the construction begins.
