Fed: Pocket guide to food additives for shoppers launched

CANBERRA, Dec 6 AAP - A pocket guide to food additives has been launched to help shoppers
through the minefield of numbers found in ingredients lists on labels.

The Food Additives Shoppers' Guide from the Australian New Zealand Food Authority (ANZFA)
was designed to help people decode numbers used to represent food additives.
