Germany 10 years after the Berlin wall

LONDON, Nov. 9 (UPI) _ Ten years after the fall of the Berlin Wall
marked the end of the Cold War, Germany is united, but the Germans are
not.

Not only do economic differences between the former East and West
Germany exist, but the two Germanys have not overcome 40 years of
enforced separation to forge a common identity.

``There are still prejudices between East and West. We're still not a
unified people,'' said Westerner Christian Mogge, 20, who still
sometimes refers to the eastern part of the country as the DDR, ...
