Yahweh loses appeal.
A federal court in Atlanta recently affirmed the 1992 conviction of the leader of the Miami-based Nation of Yahweh.
Yahweh Ben Yahweh, leader of the Nation of Yahweh, is currently serving an 18-year sentence in Lewisburg penitentiary in Pennsylvania for a catalog of racketeering crimes under the Racketeering and Corruption (RICO) Statute: conspiracy, murder, and arson.
