Life in no man's land: Documentary on the plight of eunuchs
Deepak Gupta, who works for the UN Population Fund in Delhi, has made a documentary, "The Third Gender," which looks at the lives of Indian eunuchs, or "human beings who dress and behave like women but sound like men."
In an interview with India Abroad, Gupta explains the plight of the third gender in a hostile society.
