Katherine Nowak Wins Marcella Sembrich Award.

The American Council for Polish Culture (ACPC) has named Katherine Nowak recipient of its annual Marcella Kochanska-Sembrich award for 1995. An Arizona State University (ASU) School of Music junior, Nowak is also the recipient of many state, regional and district voice competition awards. Among them are the Music Teachers' National Association Competition, where she placed first in 1991 and 1992, and received an honorable mention in 1993.
