General `Minority' Issues Not Always Black Issues.

Economic affirmative action for Black Americans is still needed and is morally justifiable. Affirmative action for Blacks ought to be viewed in a differed context than women a ethnic minorities. Unlike these group, Blacks are locked into the lowest level of a real-life monopoly game. It is extremely difficult for them to compete and win because they were left out of the original distribution of wealth at the beginning of the game.
