Ukrainian Parliament's Presidium to discuss case of Ternopil orphans.

After three years of ineffective government action and local political infighting, the Ukrainian Parliament's highest organ will step in to resolve the fate of the 54 orphans from Ternopil, Ukraine, currently residing in the United States.
