HP school board starts program for troubled tots

At its Tuesday February 9 meeting, the Highland Park School Board voted unanimously to approve the filing by the Cortland Academy for a comprehensive demonstration grant enabling it to reform instructional and educational practices in English and math with a program created by an organization called Success of All (SFA).
