Dickranian Donates Film Footage on Los Angeles.

THOUSAND OAKS, CA - Mr. Arshag Dickranian, benefactor and philanthropist, has donated 20,000 feet of 16-mm original color film of the early Armenian experiences in Southern California to the Armenian Film Foundation.

The film was shot by the noted photographer, Kourken Ruzgerian, from the 1930's to the early 60's. The raw footage covers every aspect of Armenian life, and is "an indispensable visual resource of early Armenian life in Los Angeles," said Dr. J. Michael Hagopian, Chairman of the Armenian ...
