Armenian Parliament Ratifies Agreement on Russian Troops.

The Armenian-Russian agreement on the legal status of Russian troops in Armenian was signed here on August 21, 1992. Although the Russian Parliament immediately ratified the agreement, the Armenian Parliament considered this issue only last week even though Russian troops have been deployed in Armenian for a long time.
