Black People Must Vote Their Conscience.

If African Americans want to impact the social and economic climate so that it will change and let some of jobs, food, shelter, education and training necessary to get jobs, they must return to the polls in the Primary and November elections and vote their conscience.

If black people are to be represented, they must vote for people who have a conscious attitude and are willing to develop programs designed to create economic development and training projects. The intent is to create training and jobs for the ...
