`Ramayana': A $9 Million Animation.

A $9 million animation film on the Ramayana directed and funded by a Japanese producer is scheduled for release in the United States this November.

"Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama," a 94-minute animated feature, is the vision of Yugo Sako, who was in India in 1983 to do a documentary on the "Ramayana Relics." Saka saw an archaeological near Ayodhya, Ram's birthplace.
