Sports Foundation Showcases San Antonio for Pan Am Games

One San Antonio native has undertaken the responsibility of taking our River City to the stage of international amateur competition.

South San graduate and career businessman Rudy Reyna is spearheading the San Antonio Sports Foundation's bid to host the 2007 Pan Am Games. San Antonio is among two other regions, Miami/South Florida and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, that are trying to woo the US Olympic Committee (USOC) to hold the games in their respective areas.
