Justinian Casimir Tokarski, a longtime Rutherford businessman and
former mayor of the borough, died Thursday at Hackensack Medical Center.
He was 75.

Mr. Tokarski was the owner of ERA Justin Realty Co. and Justin
Insurance Agency, both in Rutherford. He was very active in the
community.
