The late Alan Watts is synonymous with Zen Buddhism and his words
are being kept alive by the Charles E. Tuttle publishing company.

The Boston-based company has come out with a series of books based
on transcripts of radio talks, seminars, and lectures that Watts gave in
this country and in Japan from the 1950s until his death in 1973.

The latest is "Zen and the Beat Way," (Tuttle, $12.95), a
