Wright State University appoints new president.

The Wright State University Board of Trustees recently selected Dr. Harley E. Flack as the university's fourth president, which was effective Feb. 1. Flack, 50, replaced Dr. Paige E. Mulhollan, who retired after almost nine years as president.
