Dixon Students Learn How To Make A Living.

While many students in the Chicago Public School system are learning about Black History Month by looking at the past, young people at Arthur Dixon Elementary School, 83rd and St. Lawrence, are making history by using classroom experiences as a pathway for their future.

In a unique combination blending classroom education and real life experiences, students at Dixon have so many positive things to choose from it's difficult for them to get trapped in the cycle of negative behavior.
