Washington, D.C. - On February 17-22, 1994, the Second Continental Congress of Women of the Americas was held at the Marriott Hotel in Crystal City, VA. The title for this years' conference is "Strength Through Communications Among the attendees were women from North, South, and Central America, also present were representatives from the Caribbean Islands.
